Hatha flow or restorative yoga

Each session is tailored to each individual’s needs. We start with some gentle warm up movements, guided by a mindful breathing practice and stretching. This creates space in the body and prepares it for relaxation.  With hatha flow, we use music and breath to develop a sequence of poses that gently stretch the body, increase energy levels and restores balance to the body- mind connection. Restorative yoga is a more gentle approach where we focus on positioning and touch to facilitate working with the body in a kind and easy way. Each sequence depends on the needs of the individual and specific areas of the body that may be tight or harboring an old injury.
